Go to the login page and click “Forgot password?”. There you enter your username and email address. Instructions for resetting your password are then sent to your email. It works the same way whichever of our platforms you use.
Yes, all our platforms have an Academy. You will find it on the start page when you have logged in to the platform. In our Academy you will find, among other things, our Get started sections, which help you get started in a simple and effective way. You can also book a training session with us. The easiest way is to email support@entergate.se.
Our support is open on weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 08.00–16.30.
We close for lunch from 12.00–12.30.
