Sign-in options

Simplify sign-in with SSO (single sign-on).

BankID

With BankID sign-in, users can sign in with BankID.



Two-factor verification

This is the standard login method. The user receives their login details by email and verifies each login with a code sent to the same address.



SSO - AD

With SSO, users sign in to our platforms via the customer's Active Directory, where permissions are also managed. New user accounts are created automatically at first sign-in. The function supports Microsoft Azure and Svensk e-identitet.



DKIM

With DKIM, email sent from esMaker can be signed with your own domain. That strengthens sender credibility, improves deliverability and reduces the risk of messages ending up in junk mail.

SMS

With esMaker you can send surveys directly by SMS. The recipient gets a personal link and can answer on their phone – a fast and simple way to reach more people and increase the response rate.

API

With esMaker's API, data can be fetched, sent and used in other systems. That makes it possible to automate processes and build solutions based on the organisation's needs.

Svensk E-identitet

With Svensk e-identitet, users can log in to esMaker via the organisation's existing login solution. That gives a simple and secure SSO login.

SMTP

Automatically export respondent and response data from esMaker to an SFTP server. The information is delivered as an Excel file for storage or further processing in other systems.

Bank ID

It is possible to require users to verify their identity with BankID before they submit survey answers or make registrations via the forms.

Power BI

Possibility to analyse survey results in Power BI.

Swedbank Pay

Integrate Swedbank Pay with registration forms in esMaker and offer payment with, for example, card, Swish or invoice. The customer chooses which payment methods to show. An agreement with Swedbank Pay is required.

Swish

Let participants pay directly with Swish as part of their registration in esMaker. Payment becomes fast and smooth for both the participant and the organiser. A valid Swish agreement is required.

esTracer fetches scheduled CSV files from an SFTP server and automatically updates participants, roles and organisational structure.

TRUE

TRUE is used to issue certifications and accreditations and is a good way to ensure that standards are met, explained and visualised. Instead of generating diplomas and certificates as PDF files in esTracer, diplomas/certificates can be created by TRUE and integrated for participants and managers in the portal

SCORM

SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model and is often used to transfer content between platforms. In esTracer you can easily import a SCORM course.

API

Through a call to the esTracer API it is possible, among other things, to create a new participant in esTracer when a new employee starts. Contact us for more options.
