EnterMedic digitises the study flow – from consent and randomisation to send-outs, data collection and reports. The platform is not tied to a single instrument. When data is collected manually, time goes to send-outs, registration and compilation. With EnterMedic several of the steps happen automatically.
We design forms to the study's needs. You decide distribution – email, SMS, QR codes, links or personal passwords – and get report material in charts, Excel and SPSS.

EnterMedic is a Swedish platform for digital collection and management of data in clinical research. The platform includes features for eCRF, questionnaires, participant flows, randomisation and follow-ups.
What is an eCRF?
An eCRF, electronic Case Report Form, is an electronic form where the data a research study needs is collected in a structured way. It can for example concern background information, treatments, measurements, follow-ups and reported results.
What is the difference between eCRF and EDC?
eCRF is the forms used to register study data. EDC, Electronic Data Capture, is the larger technical environment where the forms are created and where data is managed, checked and followed up. EnterMedic is a research platform with eCRF features built into an EDC system.
Can we adapt the forms to our study?
Ja. Formulär, enkäter och digitala flöden kan utformas efter studiens upplägg. Frågor och uppföljningar kan anpassas efter deltagarnas tidigare svar och efter studiens tidplan.
Kan studiedeltagare besvara enkäter digitalt?
Ja. Deltagare kan få formulär och enkäter via e-post eller SMS och besvara dem på mobil, surfplatta eller dator. Uppföljningar kan skickas automatiskt vid förutbestämda tidpunkter.
Kan EnterMedic hantera samtycke och randomisering?
EnterMedic har stöd för digital deltagarregistrering och samtycke med BankID samt möjlighet till randomisering och gruppering. Det finns även möjlighet att skapa samtyckesflöden för vårdnadshavare. Det exakta upplägget anpassas efter studiens behov och godkända protokoll.
Var lagras forskningsdata och vem äger dem?
Enligt Entergate lagras data på servrar i Sverige och kunden behåller ägandet till sina data. Ansvar, åtkomst, lagringstid och eventuell överföring bör alltid dokumenteras i avtal och i studiens data management-plan.
Gör EnterMedic automatiskt studien GDPR-kompatibel?
Nej, inget tekniskt system kan ensamt göra en studie GDPR-kompatibel. EnterMedic är utvecklat med svenska krav och dataskydd i åtanke, men forskningshuvudmannen behöver fortfarande fastställa bland annat rättslig grund, personuppgiftsansvar, behörigheter, lagringstid och information till deltagarna.
Kan EnterMedic kopplas till 1177 och patientjournaler?
EnterMedic is described as a platform with the possibility of connections to 1177 and patient records. Which integrations are possible and which approvals are required need to be assessed for each organisation and research project.
