Our platforms are developed in Sweden and all data is stored in the country, which guarantees secure and reliable handling of all data. Support cases are handled in accordance with GDPR. Technical and organisational measures
Technical measures
Traffic between your computer, mobile or tablet and our server is always encrypted. Encryption is checked continuously and updated as soon as needed. Data is always stored encrypted. We take continuous backups so it is not lost if something unexpected happens to the system. Traffic to and from our server is monitored through technical solutions that are updated as needs arise. There are functions in our systems to change or delete data if needed. You can request information about what data is stored about you and what it is used for. We have a high level of traceability in our systems, which means extensive logging so we can see who did what and when. All data is stored in Sweden and is therefore not transferred to any country outside the EU or EEA. The systems have strong physical protection, meaning the premises have a high level of security regarding fire, burglary, power outages and more.
Organisational measures
We follow routines to ensure that all staff who may come into contact with your data have signed a confidentiality agreement and that they are continuously trained and informed about the rules that apply so your data is protected. We follow routines for all further development, testing and updating of the systems to keep high quality, especially with a focus on security. We continuously evaluate the platforms and technical equipment in use. We of course also evaluate all our routines. Those who use our systems usually belong to larger organisations, e.g. municipalities, regions or companies. We always sign a data processing agreement with them where the protection of your data is regulated. It is therefore important to remember that we as a supplier do not always know which data our users choose to collect and how they intend to use it. If the user has not informed clearly enough, you can always contact us and we can help you reach the person specifically responsible.
