Yes. Questions, design, visual identity, distribution method, reports and any integrations are adapted to the organisation's goals, structure and needs.

We help you choose a suitable distribution method and can handle mailings to the contact lists and channels that are included in the project. The questionnaire can for example be distributed via email, SMS, QR code, link, website or integration. If you need an external respondent panel or help recruiting new participants, this needs to be agreed separately when the project is planned.

Leveransen anpassas efter era behov och kan bestå av färdiga rapporter, dashboards, resultatlänkar, presentationer eller dataexporter. Om ni behöver ett särskilt format, exempelvis Excel, CSV, SPSS, PDF eller PowerPoint, specificeras detta inför projektstart.

Entergate's systems are developed in Sweden and all data storage takes place in Sweden. Data is stored encrypted and traffic to and from the servers is encrypted. Entergate uses no foreign subprocessors and signs data processing agreements with customers who process personal data in the systems.

Yes, the survey can be designed for anonymous or confidential data collection. The exact setup depends on the purpose, the target group and which background data needs to be collected. We go through anonymity and confidentiality before the survey starts.

The timetable depends on the survey's scope, number of questions, target group, distribution method and desired response rate. After an introductory meeting we produce a project plan with clear steps and timeframes.
