A digital registration form is used to collect registrations for, for example, events, training, webinars and other activities. The participant leaves their details online and the organiser gets the information collected for continued participant management.
What is the difference between a registration form and a registration system?
Registration form and sign-up form are often used as synonyms. The form is where the participant leaves details, while a registration system covers the whole flow – payment, confirmations, reserve lists, participant lists, communication and attendance. esMaker works as a complete registration and sign-up system.
How do you create a registration form in esMaker?
Start with which participant details and questions you need. Add dates, times or activities, specify places and reserve places, and adapt the form to your graphic profile. Then activate payment if needed, create confirmations and publish via link, email, QR code or embedding.
What can we use the registration forms for?
You can create forms for events, training, webinars, seminars, newsletter sign-ups, expressions of interest, fault reports and other activities where people need to register or leave details.
Can participants pay with Swish or card?
Yes. With esMaker's payment function the participant can pay with Swish or card directly in the registration form. Registration and payment take place in one connected flow.
Can we offer several dates and limit places?
Yes. The participant can choose between different dates, times or activities. You decide how many places and reserve places there should be for each occasion.
Can we manage reserve lists and rebookings?
Yes. In the portal you can accept reserves, rebook participants, unregister and manage waiting lists when places become available.
Can one person register several participants?
Yes. With group registration a contact person can register several people in the same flow and at the same time leave, for example, invoice details.
Does the participant get a confirmation, and can we send SMS?
Yes. After registration an automatic confirmation email and a calendar invitation can be sent. You can also send invitations and reminders via SMS and communicate from the portal.
Can the registration form be embedded and follow our profile?
Yes. Adapt colours, fonts, images and logo. The form can be shared via link or QR code, or embedded directly on your website.
How do we manage participants after registration?
Each registration form has a portal where authorised users can follow registrations, manage reserve lists, rebook or unregister, send email and SMS, and tick off attendance. Lists can be exported for continued administration.
Where are the details stored?
Entergate's servers and all data storage are in Sweden. Data is encrypted both in transfer and in storage, and Entergate signs data processing agreements with the organisations that use the systems.
Can esMaker be integrated with other systems?
Yes. esMaker offers integrations via API and AD, so that the platform can be connected to the organisation's existing systems.
What does esMaker cost for registration forms?
esMaker is offered with an organisation-adapted licence. The licence covers an unlimited number of users and usage, without locked function levels. Contact Entergate for a price proposal.
Can we send a survey after the event?
Yes. Registration forms and surveys are separate functions in esMaker. If you want to follow up an event or a training course you can create and send a survey in the same platform.
