Get to know Mimmi

Meet our colleague Mimmi, who works in the support and training department, and also has the role of office coordinator and social media coordinator. Here Mimmi tells us more about her role and what Entergate is like as a workplace.

Tell us about your role, what does a day look like?

My days vary a great deal, in broad terms I help our customers in our support, via chat, email and phone. I hold training in our tools for our customers on site or digitally.

In between I work on our social media and produce designs and content. I also handle orders for the office, and make sure that staff and customers feel welcome and at home in our office.
