Entergate's method for conducting employee surveys has been developed in cooperation with Umeå commune and the Department of Sociology at Umeå University. It is specially adapted for the public sector.

Participation and Improvement
Portal
So that principals, contact persons and administrators can be involved, Entergate creates portals where they can stay updated. In the portals you can, for instance, follow the response rate in real time. The portal can also produce reports for individual departments or units.
Improvement Project
In order to track the results of the employee survey you have the Improvement Project as a function. When an employee survey is completed, each unit can add improvements directly in the portal and focus on those areas that need improvement.
